Should Vibram FiveFingers be tight?
When wearing your FiveFingers, your feet should be able to flex naturally, with each toe being able to extend fully. It is completely fine for your toes to graze the end of the toe pockets. If you find that when you wiggle your toes and they slip out of the toe pockets, you need to go down a size.
How do you know if vibrams fit?

Are Vibram FiveFingers good for wide feet?
It’s ok if there is some space in the toe pockets for your smaller toes, that’s expected. The only difference between male and female models is that male models are slightly wider and longer than the female models. If you have wide feet, or narrow feet, vibram five fingers should fit well.
Can you run a marathon in Vibram FiveFingers?
Absolutely! I don’t think I’ll ever run a full marathon again (I’m happy with completing two), but I continue to run in Vibram FiveFingers and can’t wait for my next race. NOTE: If you do try Vibram FiveFingers, be sure to try them out very slowly. Don’t attempt a 5-miler right away.
